AFTER DRY (SWEET AGAIN)
Curious, try to make this fun at home. When I want to try again this time I cut it into an ordinary box, but you can use cookie cutters or other molds. If you want the surface to be more 'gritty', before drying the pieces so that they can be first glued with fine sugar. Good luck!
Material::
1 bks (7 gr) agar2 powder without color
1 tsp (5 gr) plain jelly powder bubuk
200 gr sugar gula
300 ml of water
Feeling according to taste (I skip)
Food coloring according to taste
How to Make:
1. Mix granulated sugar, agar2 powder and jelly powder
2. Boil water, add the agar2 mixture. Stir until it boils up again.
3. Give the taste according to taste
4. Divide the dough into several parts then give color
5. Pour into pan size 16x16 cm (thicker yield) or 20x20 cm (thinner as in the photo). Cool to harden.
6. Cut according to taste then dry in the sun for 3-5 days until a white sugar layer appears on the surface and feels dry .
7. Put it in the jar and serve.
